Living and working in a green oasis close to town
The New Diez Palace is situated above the town of Diez (Rhineland Palatinate) on the Sonnenberg hill in a quiet yet central location.
The town Diez is an attractive residential and commercial area. The historical town has around 11,000 citizens and belongs to the borough of Diez with 22 incorporated villages.
The palace is discreetly situated on a hill amidst the natural surroundings of a low mountain range and integrates into the impressive landscape and culture of the Lahn valley perfectly. This position offers 360° panoramic views over the town Diez, the Aardeck castle, Limburg and the cathedral and the Taunus and Westerwald hills.
Many forests, fields, valleys, mountains and lakes can be found in the area around the palace. Picturesque old towns with narrow lanes and timber-framed houses, traditional villages and cultural and historical sights are just some of the highlights in this beautiful region.

The short drive to the A3 motorway to Cologne and Frankfurt, the ICE station in Limburg, just 10 minutes away, 4 main roads and a planned southern by-pass to enable direct access to the A3 and ICE station make up the excellent infrastructure.
